How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Shipping times are specified upon checkout according to your location. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched. In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Care team. In the event of a large online promotion, our orders team can get quite backed up due to a massive influx of orders in a short amount of time. If there has been a recent promotion there is a chance that your order may be delayed.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed we immediately begin processing your order and cannot cancel your order. We do offer easy returns.

What if an item in my order is damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, e-mail with a photo and your order number and we’ll take care of you. Please note that there are no refunds available due to a change of mind or the ordering of wrong sizes, so please choose carefully.

Are duties and taxes included with international orders?

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges may be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine if any costs apply.
